David Marks
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
David Marks is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Goldstar Equities.
Prior to founding Goldstar Equities David was a Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at Silverstein Properties. David was a member of the company’s Management Committee and Investment Committee.
In such capacity David directed the company’s property acquisitions, new business development and capital markets related initiatives. With experience across a broad range of acquisitions, development, project finance, and capital markets, David has managed transactions in excess of $5 billion throughout the capital stack across all property types in the United States and Europe.
Prior to joining Silverstein in 2013, David led the overseas real estate investments portfolio for Israel’s largest insurance company, Migdal. He was responsible for the acquisition of commercial real estate across Europe and the United States valued at more than $1 billion.

Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Lior Mor is a Co-Founder and Managing Member of Goldstar Equities. Prior to founding Goldstar Equities Lior was an Executive Vice president in Silverstein Properties and his main focus was to oversee operations in Israel. His role in the company included analyzing investment opportunities, overseeing cash needs and managing relationships with Israeli institutional investors. Lior was a member of the Management committee, Finance Committee and Investment Committee.
Lior was the CEO of Silverstein Properties Limited, a bond issuer on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). In his capacity as CEO of SPL, Lior successfully raised over $500 million of bonds for Silverstein Properties. SP's bonds are trading at the lowest yield within the Global RE Index and have the highest credit rating (AA) amongst the US sponsors in Israel.
Prior to joining SP, for over six years Lior led the real estate division at Menora Mivtachim Group. He was responsible for the acquisitions and on-going management of a portfolio of over $2.5B asset value in Israel, Europe and the US, a portfolio that included various asset classes.
Prior to Menora, Lior was a senior analyst at Giza Singer Even, one of Israel’s largest financial advisory and investment banking firm.
Lior currently serves as a board member of Azorim and Danel, publicly traded companies on the TASE (in the past Lior served as external board member in a BVI company).
Lior holds an MBA with a major in financing from Tel Aviv University (TAU), and currently acts as a professor for real estate courses in the MBA program at TAU.
